We want you to be happy with your BubbleShelter order. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it.
Custom-made and personalised items
Items made to your individual specifications or personalised specifically for you cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons, unless they are faulty or do not match your order.
How to request a return
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hi@bubbleshelter.lt before sending the item back. We will provide return instructions.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where relevant. We will arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.
