A PayPal account is not required. Customers may pay securely using a credit or debit card through PayPal.

Shipping
Orders are shipped from Lithuania.
Estimated delivery times:
- European Union: 3–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–15 business days
- United States, Canada and other international destinations: 7–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services, customs procedures and local conditions.
Please ensure that your shipping address and postal/ZIP code are entered correctly. BubbleShelter is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, clean and in their original condition.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom Orders
We welcome custom orders and special requests whenever possible.
